You can reconcile and track incoming payments easily with the Xfers Dashboard through the "Transaction" Page.
The page outlines the statuses of the APIs called and the Payment Links sent. Our Transaction page allows you to filter and organise incoming payments. You are easily able to sort transactions and access relevant details quickly and easily.
- "Ref. ID" is the identity that is attached to the Customer/Transaction.
For Payment Links, the invoice ID is stated under the column. You can better track the status of your invoice from the Invoicing Page.
- "Date" is the time and date when you have called the API
- “Description” is the Virtual Account Number that is attached to the transaction.
- “Status” allows you to track the payments being made. You can find out what each status represents here.
By selecting the Ref ID., you are provided more information about the transaction. You are able to identify the time the transaction was completed and resend callbacks if necessary.
