Due to a variety of reasons, your account verification may result in rejection. If the rejection was a result of any of the user’s verification documents not being up to standard, documents can be re-uploaded via https://app.xfers.com/manage_account > Resubmit.
If the rejection, however, is due to compliance reasons, this is a result of the user falling into a certain category that Xfers cannot conduct business with. This may be due to imposed rules and/or regulations by the MAS.
Xfers reserves the right to refuse to provide our services to anyone, in our sole discretion. This is expressly mentioned in Clause 12.6 in out Terms of Service.
